Health & Safety Induction

Health & Safety Induction enables organisations to train new employees as soon as they start work (as required by the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999), rather than wait weeks or months for a suitable training slot, while being vulnerable throughout that period.
Employees are more likely to be injured during their first month in a new job than at any other time, so the facility to immediately train new starters using this e-learning course is an invaluable resource for employers. 'Health & Safety Induction' is also a highly cost-effective method of training temporary, part-time and shift workers.

The training programme is highly automated, providing reports, certificates and scheduled email reminders, with a complete record being stored in the PACE administration and reporting system. It complements, and can be integrated with, Workstation Safety Plus DSE e-learning and risk assessment to provide a comprehensive risk reduction solution for new employees.
